Like many community organizations, we face financial challenges that limit our potential. Our property is vast, but its development has been constrained.

Our new vision is a direct, sustainable solution: to transform Club Caiquetio into a premier multi-sport, recreational, and cultural destination, funded by community engagement and strategic partnerships.

Initial 2-Year Project Focus

Year 1: Laying the Groundwork

  • Construct Fence (Phases 1-3): Begin securing the property to ensure a safe environment.
  • Secure Mini Turf Field: Apply for a modern mini turf field, seeking support from the Minister to boost youth development.
  • Finish Playground: Complete the nature-blended playground for our youngest community members.

Year 2: Building Core Facilities

  • Complete Fence (Phases 4-5): Fully enclose the property, marking a major milestone.
  • Begin Player Clubhouse: Start construction on a dedicated clubhouse for our soccer players.

Year 3: Expanding Recreation

  • Beach Tennis Fields: Introduce new recreational options by constructing beach tennis facilities.

Year 4: Diversifying Sports

  • Martial Arts Dojo: Build a dedicated space for martial arts, expanding our sports offerings.
  • Multi-Purpose Sports Field: Create a versatile field to accommodate various sports and community events.

Year 5: Completing the Vision

  • Community Swimming Pool: Construct a swimming pool for recreation and fitness for all ages.
  • Running Track: Build a running track around the property's perimeter for community health.

Financial Sustainability & Partnerships

Our growth is powered by a two-pronged strategy: engaging community events and innovative partnerships. This ensures a sustainable financial model to build and maintain our new facilities.

Community-Driven Plan

Five main annual events will serve as celebrations to bring our community together, revive our fanbase, and generate crucial funds through merchandise and concessions sales.

Hosting a School

We are exploring hosting a school on our property. This would provide a stable source of financial support and deepen our ties with the local educational community.

A New Era Begins

We will soon present our new logo and new board members to the community. This is more than a new look; it's the start of a more active, connected, and positive Paradera for everyone.
